Staff
Fiona Brooks is Director of the school and Head Teacher in the Primary Classroom. Fiona is an American Montessori Society certified teacher trained at the Northeast Montessori Institute and holds a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Montessori Education from Endicott College. She holds a Bachelors Degree in English from the College of William and Mary and has completed graduate level work in arts management at American University. Fiona is also a trained Musikgarten™ teacher for 3 to 6 year olds. Fiona has many years of teaching experience in various settings and has taught in a Montessori classroom since 1998.
Heather Jackson is the Lower Elementary Guide. She is an Association Montessori Internationale certified teacher trained at the Washington Montessori Institute at Loyola College. Heather has a Masters Degree in Education from Loyola College. She completed her Bachelors in English from Providence College in Rhode Island. Heather has Montessori teaching experience as a Lower Elementary Lead Teacher in Pennsylvania and as an Assistant Teacher in a Lower Elementary classroom in Massachusetts.
